Assess
A short, fixed-scope review of your data landscape and what AI can realistically do with it. Ends in a prioritized roadmap you can budget against.
Build
FHIR and EHR integration, dashboards, and models built around your workflows. We stay through implementation rather than handing over a strategy document.
Assure
Independent validation of AI you have built or bought: performance testing, bias and subgroup analysis, audit trails, and monitoring that survives go-live.

Siena is led by Eri Osta, MD, MS in Artificial Intelligence, a physician with graduate training in applied AI and published research in clinical machine learning. Engagements are led personally, with specialist associates brought in when the work calls for it. Past engagements include PrecisCa and HIMSS APAC.
